A Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers, answering questions, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
- Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer requests.
- Work with other departments to solve customer problems.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
