Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their spare parts requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting the correct parts and accessories.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Maintain records of sales, orders, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for parts availability.
- Support the Parts Manager in achieving sales targets.
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain product knowledge of automotive spare parts and accessories.
- Generate leads and develop new customer relationships.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
