Job Summary
First Advisor Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and streamline insurance operations, ensuring efficient policy processing, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in insurer portals, CRM management, policy servicing, commission reconciliation, claims coordination, and team support.
Key Responsibilities
Priority Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end insurance operations across multiple insurance products.
- Ensure seamless access to all insurer portals for Operations and Sales teams, coordinating with insurer Relationship Managers (RMs) to resolve portal and operational issues.
- Oversee policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and servicing while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Verify and reconcile policy data between insurer portals and the CRM, ensuring customer information is complete and accurate.
- Drive adoption and effective utilization of the BimaWorld Android App and Web Portal by Relationship Managers (RMs), Relationship Executives (REs), and POSPs for online quotations and policy issuance.
- Monitor offline quotation requests, comparison reports, and ensure quick turnaround times.
- Calculate, verify, and reconcile insurer commission statements with policy records.
- Identify missing policies and ensure timely updates in the CRM.
- Manage end-to-end insurance claim coordination and provide prompt claim support to customers.
- Monitor policy renewals and implement effective follow-up processes to maximize renewal retention.
- Coordinate with insurers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service quality.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and process improvement recommendations.
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience in Insurance Operations (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of insurer portals, policy issuance, and policy servicing (Mandatory).
- Experience in CRM management, policy reconciliation, and operational audits (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in commission calculation and reconciliation (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of insurance claims processing and customer servicing (Mandatory).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
- Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Insurance Experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following insurance segments will be preferred:

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or Insurance qualifications preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in Insurance Broking or General Insurance Operations.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, CRM systems, insurer portals, and operational compliance.
- Proven ability to lead operational processes and support business growth.
