About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Export Manager to drive international sales growth and expand our presence in global markets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in export sales, international business development, distributor management, and export operations within the manufacturing or machinery industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute export sales strategies to expand business across international markets.
Identify, evaluate, and develop new overseas business opportunities and customer relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, channel partners, and key customers.
Generate export leads through market research, networking, digital platforms, and trade exhibitions.
Manage the complete export sales cycle, including inquiries, quotations, negotiations, order finalization, and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order execution and shipment schedules.
Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and shipping procedures.
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, customer visits, and business meetings to promote products and expand market reach.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets while maintaining profitability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ 5–8 years of experience in Export Sales / International Business Development.
✔ Proven experience in Packaging Machinery, Industrial Automation, Capital Equipment, Pharma Machinery, or FMCG Machinery industries.
✔ Strong understanding of export procedures, international trade regulations, and global market dynamics.
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and travel internationally as required.
✔ Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and export documentation processes.
