Role Description
Lead business growth strategy through market expansion, key account management, and strategic partnerships. Drive revenue targets, manage sales team, and build long-term client relationships across B2B segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify, prospect, and onboard enterprise clients and strategic partners
- Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and manage end-to-end sales cycle
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of BDEs/BDMs to ensure performance and pipeline health
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine go-to-market approach
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams for proposals, pricing, and solutioning
- Track sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and report to senior leadership
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in business development or B2B sales with team handling
- Proven track record of closing large-ticket deals and managing key accounts
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot and MS Excel
- Graduate required. MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
- Willing to work from Sector 58, Noida
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
