Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic ITI Freshers (Mechanical/Electrical) to join our manufacturing team. The selected candidates will work on the assembly, testing, installation, maintenance, and servicing of industrial machines under the guidance of experienced engineers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly and installation of industrial machines.
- Perform mechanical fitting, drilling, tapping, and basic fabrication work.
- Carry out electrical wiring, panel wiring, and machine connections (for Electrical ITI).
- Help in machine testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Read basic engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S practices in the workshop.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Support preventive maintenance activities.
- Learn and develop technical skills through on-the-job training.
Eligibility
- ITI in Mechanical, Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, Wireman, or equivalent trade.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of machine tools and workshop practices.
- Understanding of measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Basic knowledge of electrical components, motors, sensors, and control panels (Electrical).
- Ability to understand technical instructions.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- Work in a manufacturing and workshop environment.
- Training will be provided.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
