Driftline Autohaus LTD is a growing e-commerce and retail business operating across multiple online marketplaces and sales channels. As our business and team continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and highly organised HR Manager / HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee administration, HR processes, performance management and day-to-day people operations.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the HR function, build effective processes and help us recruit and retain a strong team.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the complete recruitment process from vacancy creation to onboarding.
- Create and publish job advertisements on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Source and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department managers.
- Maintain an organised candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation.
- Conduct reference and background checks where appropriate.
- Develop strategies to reduce hiring time while maintaining candidate quality.
Employee Onboarding
- Manage the complete onboarding process for new employees.
- Prepare employment contracts and relevant HR documentation.
- Collect and maintain required employee records.
- Coordinate induction and initial training.
- Ensure new employees understand company policies, responsibilities and expectations.
- Conduct probation reviews and maintain relevant records.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Manage attendance, holidays, leave and absence records.
- Maintain employee documentation and HR databases.
- Prepare HR letters, notices and internal communications.
- Manage employee joining and exit documentation.
- Ensure HR records are properly organised and regularly updated.
Performance Management
- Support managers with employee performance reviews.
- Help establish KPIs and performance expectations for different roles.
- Maintain probation and performance review schedules.
- Identify performance or attendance issues and coordinate appropriate action.
- Support managers with performance improvement plans.
- Maintain documentation relating to employee performance.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Handle workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Support management with disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Promote professional communication and a positive working environment.
- Help resolve workplace conflicts fairly and effectively.
Policies & Compliance
- Develop and maintain company HR policies and procedures.
- Help ensure employment practices comply with applicable employment legislation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Ensure employment documentation is completed and properly stored.
- Keep HR procedures updated as the company grows.
Payroll & Attendance Support
- Prepare monthly attendance and leave information.
- Coordinate employee payroll information with management/accounts.
- Maintain records of overtime, absence and authorised leave.
- Help resolve payroll-related employee queries where appropriate.
Employee Exit Management
- Manage resignation and employee exit procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews where required.
- Ensure company property is returned.
- Prepare necessary exit documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of employee departures.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience.
- Previous experience in recruitment and employee management.
- Strong knowledge of HR administration and employment procedures.
- Experience preparing contracts, offer letters and HR documentation.
- Good understanding of performance management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR responsibilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Experience using Indeed or other recruitment platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
