Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property pricing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development .
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
