Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend clients, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for management and sales teams.
- Provide basic information about projects and company services to walk-in clients.
- Maintain office cleanliness and front desk presentation.
- Handle courier, documents, and administrative tasks.
- Support sales and marketing teams with client coordination.
- Maintain customer databases and records.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
