Troubleshoot web hosting, domain, email, and website-related issues.
Manage support tickets and escalate issues when required.
Assist clients with clear and professional technical guidance.
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English (Mandatory).
Basic knowledge of web hosting, domains, websites, and IT concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
