Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Plant HR Executive with experience in manufacturing industry to manage plant HR operations, manpower planning, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR administration while supporting day-to-day plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, and staffing.
- Manage attendance, leave, shifts, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage contract labour, statutory records, and audit documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate training, performance management, and welfare initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Support plant administration, including housekeeping, security, transport, and canteen management.
Required Skills
- Experience in Plant HR within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in manpower planning and workforce management.
- Experience with Smart Office HRMS and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- MBA/MSW/PGDM/Any relevant degree in Human Resources.
- Diploma in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare (DLL & LW) will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,204.27 per month
