Job Summary
Skinheal Solutions, an Ayurvedic dermatology and holistic skin care clinic, is seeking a qualified and passionate Clinical Nutritionist to join our healthcare team.
The Clinical Nutritionist will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs and developing personalized diet and lifestyle plans to support the management of skin, hair, and overall health concerns. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, therapeutic diets, lifestyle management, and a keen interest in integrative and Ayurvedic healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed nutritional assessments of patients, including dietary habits, lifestyle, medical history, and health goals.
- Develop personalized diet and nutrition plans based on individual patient needs and clinical conditions.
- Provide nutritional counselling for patients with skin and hair concerns such as acne, pigmentation, psoriasis, eczema, hair fall, and other dermatological conditions.
- Support patients with weight management, hormonal health, gut health, metabolic disorders, and lifestyle-related conditions.
- Educate patients about healthy eating habits, balanced nutrition, hydration, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Monitor patients' progress and modify nutrition plans based on treatment outcomes and follow-up assessments.
- Work closely with the Ayurvedic dermatologist and clinical team to provide an integrated and holistic treatment approach.
- Maintain accurate patient records, diet plans, follow-up notes, and progress reports.
- Motivate and counsel patients to improve adherence to prescribed diet and lifestyle plans.
- Stay updated with current developments in clinical nutrition, dermatology-related nutrition, gut health, and holistic wellness.
- Participate in patient awareness programs, health camps, workshops, and clinic educational activities when required.
- Assist in developing nutrition-related educational content for patients and clinic communication.
Qualification & Education
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, Food & Nutrition, or a related field.
- M.Sc. in Clinical Nutrition / Dietetics will be preferred.
- Relevant certification in Clinical Nutrition or Dietetics is an added advantage.
Experience
- Fresher or experienced candidates may apply.
- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, dermatology centre, wellness centre, or nutrition practice will be preferred.
- Experience in skin, hair, hormonal, gut health, or lifestyle nutrition will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diet planning.
- Good patient counselling and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare personalized and practical diet plans.
- Understanding of nutrition related to skin, hair, gut, and hormonal health.
- Patient-focused and empathetic approach.
- Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Basic computer and digital communication skills.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is preferred.
