Ravouex Professional Academy is seeking a qualified and dedicated Teaching Faculty for the General Duty Assistant (GDA) program. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and practical training, helping students develop the knowledge, skills, and professional attitude required for careers in the healthcare sector.
- Deliver classroom lectures and practical training for the GDA program.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and skill-based training sessions.
- Assess and monitor students' academic and practical performance.
- Guide and mentor students throughout the training program.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and training documentation.
- Ensure compliance with the academy's academic policies and training standards.
- Support students in developing employability and professional skills.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, or a Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Sciences.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching, training, or relevant clinical experience is preferred.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
