Key Responsibilities
Manage backend sales operations and ensure daily updates in MIS & CRM systems.
Prepare and submit offers, quotations, GTP, PI, test reports, and vendor registrations/credentials.
Coordinate with the design team and clients for technical clarifications and documentation flow.
Handle ERP order punching and follow up with internal teams like production and logistics.
Maintain documentation, order tracking sheets, CRM entries, and inspection-related communication.
Respond to client inquiries and assist in preparing quotations and commercial proposals. Prior experience in Transformers / Electrical / Power / Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills are essential.
