Position: Bookkeeper / Finance-Accounting Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Process payments, invoices, income, and receipts.
2. Prepare financial statements showing business income and expenditure.
3. Pay supplier invoices and track bank account balances.
4. Complete VAT returns.
5. Verify the accuracy of business accounts and alert the accounts manager/accountant of errors.
6. Record any inconsistencies to help reconcile inaccuracies.
7. Develop monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheets.
8. Prepare employee wages and manage expense claims.
9. Assist the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts.
10. Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
