- Job Title: Tendering Engineer / Tender Executive / Bid Manager
- Job Summary:
- Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Tendering Professional to manage the end-to-end tendering process for marine, shipbuilding, and infrastructure projects. Responsible for identifying opportunities, evaluating tenders, developing proposals, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor tender portals (e.g., GEM, CPPP), analyze RFQs/RFPs/BOQs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare go/no-go assessments.
- Coordinate bid planning with technical, finance, and procurement teams.
- Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Ensure timely submission of complete and compliant bids.
- Optimize costing and pricing strategies.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Marine, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience in tendering or bid management.
- Familiar with GEM, CPPP, and eProcurement systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of maritime regulations and government procurement.
- Document management and proposal automation tools
- Experience in Marine & Engineering industry will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
