Civil Infraprojects is a growing construction and infrastructure company based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh specializing in residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects. We are looking for a motivated Planning Engineer to join our team and assist in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Planning Engineer to prepare project schedules, monitor project progress, coordinate with site teams, and ensure timely project completion. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of construction planning tools, project scheduling, and reporting.
Freshers with strong academic knowledge as well as experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Develop baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients.
- Track project milestones and identify delays.
- Analyze critical paths and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in manpower, material, and equipment planning.
- Prepare recovery schedules whenever required.
- Maintain project documentation and planning records.
- Support tender planning and project execution activities.
- Ensure project activities comply with company quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is preferred.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies.
- Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Additional Requirements
- Must own a Bike (Two-Wheeler) for site visits.
- Valid Driving License is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
