Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations and execution activities for the Tower Business
- Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and internal departments
- Maintain MIS reports, operational data, and tracking sheets
- Monitor operational performance and ensure timely updates
- Assist in client communication and follow-ups
- Identify and resolve operational coordination issues
- Ensure smooth workflow and process execution
- Support the team in achieving operational efficiency and service quality
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates or final-year students from any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
