We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the complete lifecycle of civil projects, ensuring timely execution, cost control, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise end-to-end execution of civil construction projects.
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily site activities and project progress.
- Handle site inquiries, technical coordination, and communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare project cost estimations, budgeting, and cost calculations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance at site.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time project completion.
- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously when required.
- Prepare progress reports and updates for management.
Candidate Requirements
✔ Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil construction or project management.
✔ Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
✔ Proven experience in handling and completing multiple civil projects.
✔ Strong knowledge of site management, project planning, and cost estimation.
✔ Ability to manage teams, contractors, and site operations effectively.
✔ Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
