Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, architects, builders, contractors, and channel partners.
- Meet homeowners, builders, and commercial clients to understand their requirements.
- Present Fenesta's range of uPVC and Aluminium Windows & Doors.
- Conduct site visits and customer meetings.
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order closures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the installation and service teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer database.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, construction materials, real estate, building products, or related industries.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel locally.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
