· Implement the academy's robotics curriculum in a structured and engaging manner during classes.
· Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for robotics.
· Provide one-on-one assistance to students who require additional help or clarification.
· Provide technical expertise and support to students regarding robotics concepts, programming, and hardware.
· Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and practical projects to gauge students' comprehension and skills.
· Manage classroom resources, including robotics kits and equipment, ensuring their proper use and maintenance.
· Ensure a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
· Collaborate with other staff members and management to address concerns and resolve issues.
· Continuously enhance skills and knowledge to stay updated with the latest developments in robotics education.
· Ensure the safety and well-being of students during practical sessions and experiments.
· Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and assessments.
· Collaborate with other trainers, staff, and management for cohesive program delivery.
· Encourage and provide technical support for the students to participate in various competitions.
· Trainers are responsible for maintaining the mental wellness of the students.
Leave and Permissions must be informed to the respective Team Lead and HR.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
