Recruitment & Onboarding: Post vacancies, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage new hire orientation and documentation.HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee files, HR databases (HRIS), and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist with monthly payroll data preparation (attendance, leaves) and support employee benefits administration.Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and company culture.Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal cycle, including tracking, scheduling, and data collection.
