Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Instruct students in Hindi language and literature according to CBSE guidelines.
- Skill Development: Enhance students' proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Lesson Planning: Develop engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials.
- Assessments: Design and evaluate tests, assignments, and exams, providing constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
- Student Tracking: Maintain accurate academic records and communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Cultural Promotion: Organize and encourage participation in extracurricular events like debates, elocution, poetry recitations, and cultural plays.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi (B.A. / M.A.).
- Professional Certification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is highly preferred or mandatory for most TGT/PGT positions.
