Founded in 2018 and registered under the Indian Trust Act of 1882, Aarav Educational & Employment Research Org. (AEERO), serves as an Assessment and Training Coordinator with the Ministry of MSME, TC-CTR Ludhiana, Government of India. AEERO, manages more than 250 training centres in Maharashtra in association with YCMOU and operates over 50 training centres across India. Through its initiatives, AEERO extends its services to nearly 7,200 villages in 24 states,
ABOUT THE ROLE
AEERO is looking for a dynamic leader to drive operational excellence, strategic partnerships, government engagement, and business growth across India. The role will be responsible for successful project delivery, strengthening institutional collaborations, expanding training and assessment capacity, and building sustainable partnerships with Government Departments, Universities, PSUs, CSR organizations, and industry stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operations & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of projects and ensure timely delivery as per agreed timelines and commitments.
- Strengthen operational processes, systems, and quality standards across the organization.
- Monitor project performance, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ensure effective coordination among internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
2. Government & State Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with State Governments, Skill Missions, and regulatory bodies.
- Facilitate project approvals, empanelments, MoUs, and scheme-based partnerships.
- Represent AEERO before government departments and strategic stakeholders.
3. University & Institutional Partnerships
- Drive collaborations with universities, academic institutions, and technical education bodies.
- Facilitate academic partnerships, scholarship initiatives, joint certification programs, and institutional tie-ups.
- Support student outreach, recruitment, and academic engagement activities.
4. PSU & CSR Partnerships
- Develop partnerships with PSUs, corporates, and CSR foundations.
- Prepare and present proposals for skill development, education, and livelihood projects.
- Ensure effective implementation, reporting, and impact documentation of CSR-supported initiatives.
5. Training & Assessment Ecosystem
- Expand AEERO’s training and assessment network across India.
- Strengthen engagement with trainers, assessors, training partners, industries, and institutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards.
6. Business Growth & Revenue Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across government, industry, education, and CSR sectors.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and project acquisition.
- Support contract negotiations and long-term stakeholder relationships.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- MBA or Post- Graduate in Business Development/ Business Administration/ MSW or an equivalent qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, government liaison, partnerships, CSR, skill development, or related sectors.
- Strong network within Government Departments, Universities, Industries, or CSR ecosystem.
- Experience in stakeholder management, business development, and project execution.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
