Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Sales Executive to support the growth of our toy manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a polite and professional communication style, strong English-speaking and writing skills, and a customer-first mindset. This role focuses on lead conversion, new business generation, and building long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
- Convert incoming and outbound leads into confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Communicate product details, pricing, and value propositions clearly and politely in English or Hindi.
- Handle customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Track and improve lead conversion ratios.
- Conduct occasional field visits for client meetings, distributor onboarding, or trade-related activities (if required)
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and orders in Excel or CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Gather market feedback on customer preferences, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (experience in toys, FMCG, consumer products, or manufacturing is an advantage)
- Experience working with distributors, retailers, or B2B customers is a plus
