We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our International Trade & Compliance team and support the company's import, export, logistics, and regulatory operations.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Successfully cleared the Customs Brokers Licensing Written Examination conducted by NACIN.
- Successfully cleared the Customs Brokers Licensing Oral/Viva Examination conducted by NACIN.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export operations from shipment planning through customs clearance and final delivery.
- Prepare, review, and maintain trade and regulatory documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities, logistics providers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs stakeholders, and warehouse operators.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely movement of goods and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor shipments and resolve operational or documentation-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable trade regulations.

- Good understanding of international trade procedures and documentation.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and coordinate with external stakeholders.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and solution oriented under operational pressure and time critical situations.
- Adaptability to work in diverse operational environments and support cross border activities as required.
