VAIC Immigration Consultant is looking for a motivated and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our growing team.
The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in immigration consultancy and possess good knowledge of immigration processes, client handling, counselling and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and immigration enquiries.
- Understand clients' profiles, requirements and immigration goals.
- Counsel clients regarding suitable immigration pathways.
- Explain eligibility, documentation, process and timelines clearly.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into clients.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration programs and policies.
Required Knowledge
- Canada PR – Express Entry & PNP
- Canada Visitor/Tourist Visa
- Family Sponsorship
- Australia Skilled Migration – Subclass 189, 190 & 491
- Skills Assessment – ACS, Engineers Australia (EA) & VETASSESS
- Germany Opportunity Card
- Knowledge of UK/Europe immigration programs will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration consultancy is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Canada and/or Australia immigration processes.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong counselling, follow-up and sales skills.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Candidates with experience in Canada/Australia immigration will be preferred.
