We are hiring a Customer Support Executive with experience handling Australian clients and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Excellent Australian accent and communication skills
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience working with an Australian company or Australian clients
- Experience in handling rental properties, tenant coordination, documentation, or property management processes will be an added advantage
- Must be comfortable handling client queries, emails, calls, and documentation
- Graduate in any discipline
- Immediate joiner preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle Australian client communication through calls, emails, and chats
- Manage customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Coordinate regarding rental properties, documents, onboarding, and related processes
- Maintain proper documentation and client records
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth operations
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidate who has worked with Australian property rental or real estate-related companies from an India-based organization will be preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary- as per market standards
Shift time- Early morning
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
