Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations Management
- Daily Oversight: Overlook the daily functions of all production lines (Wood, Metal, Paint, and Fabric) to ensure workflow consistency.
- Scheduling: Map, track, and update production schedules to consistently meet target delivery requirements.
- Process Optimization: Ensure highly effective production processes that minimize waste and maximize output.
- Machinery Maintenance: Communicate proactively with the maintenance team to schedule preventive upkeep and ensure the smooth operation of machinery.
Quality Control & Standards
- Quality Management: Take full accountability for quality across all manufactured goods, ensuring products meet company and client benchmarks.
- Standardization: Implement rigorous processes to guarantee standard, high-quality product outputs.
- Documentation: Develop, monitor, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI) specifically tailored for the wood, metal, and paint sections.
Inventory & Resource Planning
- Inventory Control: Overview inventory management to ensure proper availability of raw materials and hardware.
- Workflow Continuity: Prevent stockouts or production delays through proactive coordination with procurement and warehouse teams.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
