About the Role
The selected candidate will act as a key representative of LifeAdve in Pune and will be responsible for:
- Coordinating subscription kit preparation and operational execution
- Building relationships with schools, counselors, principals, and educational institutions
- Promoting and selling LifeAdve’s parenting and child-development subscription kits and app plans
- Conducting presentations, orientations, and awareness interactions
- Supporting psychological and emotional wellness initiatives aligned with LifeAdve’s mission
- Coordinating with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both people interaction and meaningful impact creation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. School Outreach & Relationship Building
- Reach out to schools, principals, counselors, educators, and institutions
- Schedule meetings and presentations regarding LifeAdve programs
- Build long-term institutional relationships
- Promote subscription kits, parenting programs, workshops, and app subscriptions
- Coordinate tie-ups and partnership discussions
2. Program & Psychology Support
- Participate in parenting and emotional wellness initiatives
- Help in conducting orientation sessions and awareness programs
- Support psychological engagement activities wherever required
- Act as an anchor/facilitator during events, workshops, and experiential sessions
3. Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain outreach reports and follow-up records
- Coordinate with LifeAdve management regarding targets and execution
- Support development of systems and operational processes
Desired Candidate ProfileEducational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology
- Additional certifications in counseling, child psychology, school psychology, or wellness programs will be an advantage
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in meeting schools and institutions
- Passion for parenting, child development, and emotional wellness
- Coordination and organizational abilities
- Ability to conduct presentations and relationship-building meetings
- Basic operational and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby areas
Preferred Experience
- Experience in psychology, counseling, education, school engagement, wellness programs, or outreach activities
- Freshers with strong communication and passion may also apply
