Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Malayalam-speaking candidates to join our Travel Sales team. The role involves assisting customers with travel-related queries, understanding their requirements, and helping them with suitable travel solutions while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
- Assist customers with flight bookings and travel-related services.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Requirements

- Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
