Job Summary
We are looking for a Telecaller / Telesales Executive to make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, explain products or services and generate leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products or services and address customer questions.
- Generate leads and convert calls into sales or appointments where applicable.
- Update call outcomes and customer details in the system.
- Follow up with interested prospects as per schedule.
- Meet daily call volume and conversion targets.
- Maintain a polite and professional tone on every call.
Requirements
- 12th pass/Any Graduate; freshers may apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English or Hindi is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry.
- Confident telephone manner and persuasive communication skills.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Willingness to work in a fixed-shift, office-based role.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
