Digital Marketing Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Assistant with experience in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will support online marketing initiatives, manage digital advertising campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and help drive sales through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and audience growth.
- Improve website traffic and online visibility through SEO and SEM strategies.
- Assist in planning and executing online promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, marketing materials, and campaign ideas.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools.
- Experience managing social media marketing campaigns and content.
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills are an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketing and online customer acquisition strategies.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
