We're looking for a data-driven PPC Campaign Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across leading ecommerce marketplaces — including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, and other platforms. You'll own the full campaign lifecycle: from keyword research and bid strategy to budget management and performance reporting. If you live for lowering ACoS, scaling profitable ad spend, and squeezing every dollar of ROAS out of a marketplace, this role is for you.
This is a hands-on position for someone who understands that marketplace advertising is its own discipline — distinct from Google or social PPC — with its own algorithms, ad types, and buyer behavior.
What You'll Do
- Plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), eBay Promoted Listings, Walmart Connect, and other marketplace ad platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and product targeting to identify high-converting opportunities.
- Set and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to hit ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS goals.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing of keywords, ad copy, creative, and placements.
- Manage negative keyword lists and search term reports to eliminate wasted spend.
- Monitor daily performance, pacing, and budget allocation across multiple accounts and marketplaces.
- Collaborate with listing, SEO, and creative teams to improve conversion rates and product detail pages.
- Build and present clear performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay current on marketplace algorithm changes, new ad formats, and platform best practices.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon Advertising experience is essential).
- Strong command of marketplace advertising metrics: ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and CPC.
- Proven track record of scaling ad spend while maintaining or improving profitability.
- Proficiency in keyword research and bid optimization tools.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to turn data into decisions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Target Plus, or international marketplaces.
- Familiarity with PPC management and analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, Perpetua, Sellics, or similar).
- Amazon Advertising / Sponsored Ads certification.
- Understanding of marketplace SEO and how organic and paid rank interact.
- Experience managing multiple brands or a portfolio of products.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
