ROLE CONTEXT
This mid-level role will develop event concepts, preparing programme documentation, and ensuring that creative and logistical design align with client mandates. You will work across the full ideation-to-brief pipeline, from initial concept sketches to final client-ready documents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop concept notes, programme agendas, and thematic briefs for Large-scale public sector and leadership events under the guidance of client representatives.
– Research precedent events, case studies, and public sector event formats to inform concept development
– Draft detailed run-of-show documents, script outlines, and stage flow plans
– Coordinate with communications and content teams to build event messaging frameworks and key message documents
– Prepare visual concept presentations (using PowerPoint / presentation tools) for client pitches and approval meetings
– Maintain event concept templates, document libraries, and ideation databases
– Support briefing and onboarding of vendors (AV, décor, logistics) with comprehensive concept-to-brief handover documents
– Assist in managing multiple concurrent project briefs, tracking timelines and deliverable status
– Contribute to post-event reviews and documentation of learnings for institutional knowledge building
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
– 4–7 years of experience in event management, political communications, public affairs, or content production
– Strong documentation and written communication skills; proficiency in MS Office/PowerPoint
– Exposure to public sector or institutional events environment preferred
– Understanding of Indian political landscape and public sector administrative structures is an advantage
– Graduate or postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Management, Public Policy, or equivalent
– Willingness to travel domestically and work on extended hours during event periods

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
