We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Solar Installation Technician to install, test, commission, and maintain rooftop solar power systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical work, solar panel installation, wiring, and system troubleshooting while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Solar Installation
- Install solar PV panels, mounting structures, inverters, and associated equipment.
- Assemble and secure rooftop mounting systems according to engineering drawings.
- Perform DC and AC wiring connections as per industry standards.
- Install earthing, lightning protection, and safety systems.
- Ensure proper alignment and positioning of solar modules for maximum efficiency.
Testing & Commissioning
- Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Test electrical connections, voltage levels, and system performance.
- Verify inverter configuration and monitoring system functionality.
- Assist in net metering and utility-related installation requirements.
Pay: ₹10,528.27 - ₹25,000.00 per month
