Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams to maximize conversions.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in inside sales, telesales, lead generation, or business development.
- CRM knowledge and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
