Undergraduate/Graduate Require for Banking Inbound Customer Support
Location Branch - Noida/Gurgoan
Job Role & Responsiblities -
- Handle customer calls related to their Banking operating issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound call's, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/ Undergraduate/ Any Graduate/ Post Graduate can apply.
- Good communication skills require in English & Hindi.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
