Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Salesman to promote and sell our range of Payals (Anklets) and Toe Rings to jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and resellers. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit local jewellery markets, retail shops, and distributors regularly
- Present and promote Payal/Toe Ring products effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collect orders and coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales
- Prior experience in silver jewellery or similar industry preferred
- Must own a smartphone; two-wheeler preferred
- Familiar with jewellery designs and product terminology
- Willing to travel locally across assigned areas
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Sales and target-driven mindset
- Basic proficiency with WhatsApp and Excel for reporting
