Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and supervise staff. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong organizational and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and assign tasks
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety procedures are followed
- Monitor stock movements and conduct regular physical stock audits
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Prepare reports on inventory, shipments, and warehouse performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, inventory software)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
