Key Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming inspection of raw materials, bought-out parts, and components.
- Conduct in-process and final inspection of machined components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and quality specifications.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Dial Indicator.
- Identify and report quality deviations and non-conformities.
- Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and calibration status.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Suppliers for quality-related issues.
- Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in Incoming Quality Inspection and Machine Shop Quality.
- Good knowledge of machining processes, inspection techniques, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and quality documents.
- Experience in fabrication, CNC/VMC machined components inspection is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
