We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Cum Accountant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both HR operations and accounting functions efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Job ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding of staff
- Attendance, leave, and payroll management
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Handling staff coordination and HR compliance
- Supporting employee engagement and administration
Accounts Responsibilities
- Managing daily accounting entries
- Invoice processing and vendor payments
- Bank reconciliation and petty cash handling
- GST, TDS, and payroll accounting support
- Preparing financial reports and maintaining records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / HR / Finance
- Minimum 1–3 years experience preferred in hospitality industry
- Knowledge of accounting software such as TallyPrime and MS Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hotel, restaurant, or resort operations
- Knowledge of payroll and labor compliance
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
