Location: Project Site
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
Experience: 3+ Years (Waste Management, Mining, Construction, Infrastructure, or Related Industries)
Your Role
As a Vehicle Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimum performance, reliability, and availability of all project vehicles and heavy machinery. Your expertise will directly contribute to achieving operational efficiency and project success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain project vehicles, heavy equipment, and machinery.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
Monitor fuel consumption, machine utilization, and maintenance costs.
Reduce equipment downtime through effective troubleshooting and timely repairs.
Maintain maintenance records, service schedules, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with site operations teams for seamless material movement and feeding operations.
Supervise operators and ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices.
Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
Support efficient execution of biomining activities including excavation, transportation, screening, and compost handling.
What We're Looking For
Strong technical knowledge of heavy earthmoving and material-handling equipment.
Experience in fleet management and maintenance planning.
Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
