We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to manage the front office and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and correspondence
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate meetings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Assist with administrative and office coordination tasks
- Support HR and administration teams as required
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle visitors and calls courteously and efficiently
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,239.16 per month
