Operational Management
- Assist in managing daily operational activities of the organization/hospital.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments for uninterrupted workflow.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements where required.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and operational records.
- Support management in implementing organizational policies and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures.
Staff Coordination & Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate departmental staff activities.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Assist in staff scheduling and duty allocation.
- Provide operational guidance and support to employees.
- Coordinate training and orientation programs for new staff.
- Support HR and administration in employee management activities.
Patient / Customer Service Coordination
- Ensure quality customer/patient service standards are maintained.
- Handle customer/patient complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Coordinate with front office, billing, and support departments for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain professional communication with patients, clients, visitors, and external stakeholders.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain inventory coordination and monitor departmental requirements.
- Assist in vendor coordination and service follow-ups.
- Support management during audits, inspections, and accreditation activities.
- Ensure proper utilization of organizational resources.
Business Development & External Coordination
- Coordinate meetings, awareness programs, camps, conferences, and CME activities.
- Maintain professional relationships with external doctors, institutions, and business associates.
- Assist in marketing and promotional operational activities when required.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure departmental compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and internal audits.
- Assist in maintaining accreditation and documentation standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
