Responsibilities:- Responsible for daily E2E technical case management from our Simplivity customers. Adherence to process /customer response times et all is crucial.

VMWare Support Engineer
Must Have
- VMware
- ESXI and VCenter Server
- Knowledge on SAN, NAS and DAS
- Knowledge on Linux
Experience Required:
- Strong Knowledge in installing and configuring all flavours of ESXi and VCenter server.
- Should possess troubleshooting knowledge on ESXi and VCenter performance issues and basic working knowledge on Servers
- Should possess good knowledge on SAN technologies and converged solutions like VMware vSAN & HyperConverged products, HP Servers Blade, Rackmount, SAN, NAS & DAS, Hyper-V/clustering, power CLI, break/fix etc.
- Should have understanding on the Basics of Linux (VI, directory structures, scripting) and Networking (Vlan, analyzing switch logs, jumbo frames, flow control)
- Understanding of VMware Site Recovery Manager for disaster recoveryGood to have knowledge on Virtual Machine snapshots and VMware VDP
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
