We are looking for an experienced AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO) & SEO Manager to lead our organic growth strategy and establish TAB India as an authoritative brand in medical education and admissions.
Role Overview
The AI Search Optimization & SEO Manager will be responsible for increasing TAB India's visibility across:
- Google Search
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Claude
- Perplexity
- Microsoft Copilot
- AI-powered search engines and answer engines
The ideal candidate understands both traditional SEO and emerging AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO) strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Search Optimization (Primary Focus)
- Develop strategies to improve TAB India's visibility in AI-generated search results.
- Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
- Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) frameworks.
- Build entity authority and knowledge graph presence.
- Create structured content that AI systems can easily understand and reference.
- Monitor brand mentions across AI platforms.
- Increase citations and references of TAB India content by AI search engines.
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Conduct keyword and topic-cluster research.
- Manage on-page and technical SEO.
- Improve Core Web Vitals and website performance.
- Implement schema markup and structured data.
- Optimize internal linking architecture.
- Develop content strategies targeting medical admission-related searches.
Content & Authority Building
- Build content hubs around:
- NEET UG Counseling
- MBBS Admissions
- BDS Admissions
- Medical Colleges
- State Quota Admissions
- AIQ Counseling
- College Comparisons
- Admission Guidance
- Work with content writers and designers.
- Develop E-E-A-T compliant content strategies.
- Manage digital PR and authority-building campaigns.
- Secure mentions from reputable education and medical websites.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Track AI search visibility.
- Analyze competitor strategies.
- Create monthly growth reports.
- Recommend data-driven improvements.
Required QualificationsMust Have

Salary: ₹4.00 to 8.50 LPA (Based on experience and proven results)

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are not looking for a traditional SEO executive focused only on backlinks and rankings. We are looking for a growth-oriented professional who understands how search is evolving and can position TAB India as a trusted authority across both search engines and AI-powered answer engines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
