We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing our online marketing strategies across multiple digital channels. Your primary objectives will be to build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and increase digital conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing channels.
- SEO & Web Optimization: Conduct keyword research, manage on-page and off-page optimization, and collaborate with web developers to improve organic search visibility and user experience (UX).
- Paid Advertising (PPC): Manage and scale budget-optimized campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms.
- Social Media & Content Strategy: Build and sustain our social media presence across channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), ensuring consistent brand voice and high user engagement.
- Email Marketing: Design target audience segmentations, execute automated email workflows, write engaging newsletters, and implement regular A/B testing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use web tracking utilities like Google Analytics (GA4) to analyze web traffic flow, track KPIs (ROI, CPC, CTR), and present performance data reports to senior management.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis, audit online listings, and identify emerging industry trends to keep marketing strategies ahead of the curve.
Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 1–3+ years of proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or Specialist.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems like WordPress or Shopify.
- Basic operational knowledge of HTML/CSS is a strong plus.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
