Job Summary
We are looking for two Senior ReactJS Trainers to lead frontend development training — covering component architecture, state management, performance optimization, and testing — while mentoring junior faculty.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a ReactJS curriculum from intermediate to advanced level (Hooks, state management, TypeScript, testing, performance)
- Conduct project-based training sessions and code reviews
- Teach rendering strategies (CSR/SSR/SSG) and modern build tooling
- Develop assessments and hands-on projects for learners
- Mentor junior ReactJS trainers and review their session content
Requirements
- 3+ years of ReactJS development experience; training/teaching experience preferred
- Strong command of React, TypeScript, state management libraries, and testing tools
- Ability to explain frontend architecture decisions clearly to learners
- Strong presentation and mentoring skills
