Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales of recycled plastic granules such as PPCP, PP, HDPE, LDPE, ABS, etc.
- Identify and approach new customers in plastic molding, extrusion, automotive, packaging, and household industries.
- Generate inquiries, quotations, and close sales orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
- Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and product trials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.
- Follow up for payments and maintain sales records and reports.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of plastic raw materials and recycling industry preferred.
- Ability to develop new customers and handle B2B sales.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, MBA.
Salary
- As per industry standards + Incentives on sales performance.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
